การพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาสู่โรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ : กรณีศึกษา โรงเรียนจุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย ตรัง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาบริบทของโรงเรียนจุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย การพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนจุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย ตรัง และนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนา คุณภาพการศึกษาโรงเรียนจุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย สู่โรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิระดับปฏิบัติ และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อ ปรับปรุงแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาโรงเรียนจุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัยสู่โรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ ให้สมบูรณ์ยิ่ง ขึ้น ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ดังนี้ คือ ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ สถานศึกษาควรมกระบวน การสรรหาและคัดเลือกนักเรียนที่มีความเที่ยงและมีความเชื่อถือได้ เพื่อให้ได้นักเรียนที่มีความ สามารถพิเศษด้านคณิตศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์อย่างแท้จริง และควรมีหลักสูตรและกิจกรรม การเรียนการสอนที่ออกแบบและพัฒนาขึ้นเป็นการเฉพาะสำหรับนักเรียนกลุ่มนี้ ซึ่งเป็นหลักสูตรที่ ตอบสนองต่อความสามารถและความต้องการของนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล ผู้บริหารต้องเป็นนักบริหารมืออาชีพและบริหารโรงเรียนด้วยความรู้ความเข้าใจ ความเชื่อและศรัทธา เห็นคุณค่าและให้ความสำคัญของการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับผู้มีความสามารถพิเศษด้านคณิตศาสตร์ และวิทยาศาสตร์ และครูต้องมีความรู้ความสามารถและมีทักษะในการจัดการเรียนการสอนการจัด กิจกรรมพัฒนาให้ผู้เรียนมีอุดมการณ์และคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ตามหลักสูตรโรงเรียน วิทยาศาสตร์ ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ สถานศึกษาควรมีงบประมาณที่เหมาะสมและเพียงพอสำหรับการบริหารจัดการในโรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ซึ่งเป็นโรงเรียนประจำ และด้านการบริหารทั่ว ไป สถานศึกษาควรบริหารจัดการในโรงเรียนได้อย่างอิสระ คล่องตัว ตามแนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนนิติบุคคล ที่มีความโปร่งใสและตรวจสอบได้ This qualitative research on Educational Quality Development Toward Science School: A Case Study of Princess Chulabhorn’s College, Trang, is aimed at: studying contexts of Princess Chulabhorn’s College, studying educational quality development at Princess Chulabhorn’s College, Trang, and proposing guidelines for development of educational quality at Princess Chulabhorn’s College, driving the school toward a science school. From relevant documents, through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and interview with experienced in science school affairs to examine the feasibility of the proposed guidelines for educational development. The findings suggest that: Firstly, regarding the academic management, the selection and admission procedure should be fair and reliable in order that the school can select students who really possess special skills in mathematics and science. In addition, there should be customized curriculum and learning activities to suit students’ abilities and demand. The second aspect is personnel management; the management team should work professionally and manage school affairs with understanding and faith in the significance and value of education management for students with special skills in mathematics and science. Teachers should demonstrate teaching skills and organize activities aimed at developing learners’ skills. They should also possess ideal and desirable characteristics according to the curriculum standards of science schools. Thirdly, the budgeting management requires suitable and adequate amount of funding for management of teaching and learning affairs in a science school and a boarding school. Finally, the general administration management should be based on the school based management where school management is independent and flexible in accordance with the guidelines for school management and the juristic person’s performance is transparent.
