PSU Knowledge Bank is used under the Creative Commons license (CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 TH). It allows users to access and use without modifying the content and for commercial use. It may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without written permission. It is strict to accept the conditions before downloading every time.
In case of non-compliance with the conditions of access and use. There are methods as follows.
- If a submission is rejected, the reason (entered by the workflow participant) is emailed to the submitter and returned to the submitter's 'My DSpace' page. The submitter can then make any necessary modifications and re-submit. After that, the process starts again.
- The author can request to change or correct the information, such as spelling mistakes, adjust the picture, and modify the data file to be up to date by specifying in the request form to change the content or files in the repository. [Content/File change request form]
- To terminate or delay the dissemination of digital information due to the publication process in a journal, the owner should submit the intention memo to the Khunying Long Athakravisunthorn Learning Resources Center. The administration of PSUKB will withdraw items from the repository.

- Any violation of the use of PSUKB shall be submitted to the Law Division of the Prince of Songkla University for consideration and further legal action, including notice of copyright infringement and petition for article withdrawal.
