| Abstract: | The objectives of study are to investigate the cost control model of construction contractors in Hatyai District at Songkhla Province, and to test factors influencing level of cost control of construction contractors. Samples of this study are construction contractors in Hatyai District at Songkhla Province as 255 firms. Questionnaire are used to collect the data. Descriptive analysis and multiple regression are used to analyze the data. As the results, the study finds size of business and experience of business influencing cost control of construction contractors. However, there is no relationship between business type, work type and cost control of construction contractors. |
| Abstract(Thai): | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการควบคุมต้นทุนของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจ รับเหมาก่อสร้างในอําเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา และเพื่อทดสอบปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการควบคุม ต้นทุนของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้าง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้างในอําเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา จํานวน 255 ราย เครื่องมือที่ ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สําหรับสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติ เชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อเชิงบวก การควบคุมต้นทุนของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้าง คือ ขนาดของกิจการ และประสบการณ์ ในการดําเนินธุรกิจ อย่างไรก็ตาม ผลการศึกษาไม่พบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรูปแบบของกิจการ ลักษณะงานที่รับเหมา กับการควบคุมต้นทุนของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้างอย่างมี นัยสําคัญ |
