| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนคุณธรรม โรงเรียนบ้านบาละ 2) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการจัดกิจกรรมโรงเรียนคุณธรรมโรงเรียนบ้านบาละ สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายะลา เขต 2 และ3) เพื่อรวบรวมข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางใน การพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมโครงการโรงเรียนคุณธรรมวิถีอิสลาม โรงเรียนบ้านบาละ สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายะลา เขต 2 โดยการวิจัยนี้ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ แบบกรณีศึกษา ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก และการสังเกต ซึ่งมีผู้ให้ ข้อมูลหลักคือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนจำนวน 1 คน ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนจำนวน 5 คน ครูหัวหน้ากลุ่ม สาระการเรียนรู้ 8 กลุ่มสาระจำนวน 8 คน ครูหัวหน้างานโรงเรียนคุณธรรมจำนวน 1 คน ครูสอน อิสลามศึกษา จำนวน 1 ราย และนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นของโรงเรียนบ้านบาละ จำนวน 6 คน โดยผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารโรงเรียนคุณธรรม โรงเรียนบ้านบาละ ใช้หลักการบริหารตามแนวคิด 7-S ของแมคเคนซีย์ คือ 1) กลยุทธ์ขององค์กร 2) โครงสร้างขององค์กร 3) ระบบการปฏิบัติงาน 4) บุคลากร 5) ทักษะ 6) รูปแบบการบริหาร และ 7) ค่านิยมร่วม 2. กระบวนการจัดกิจกรรมโรงเรียนคุณธรรมโรงเรียนบ้านบาละ ใช้กระบวนการจัด กิจกรรมของศูนย์โรงเรียนคุณธรรม มูลนิธิยุวสถิรคุณ ประกอบด้วย 1) การสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจ และการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและนักเรียนแกนนำเพื่อการพัฒนาโรงเรียนคุณธรรมจริยธรรม 2) การลง มือปฏิบัติของโรงเรียน 3) การนิเทศอาสาติดตามโรงเรียน และ 4) การรายงานความก้าวหน้าและการ ประเมินผล 3. ผลการรวบรวมข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมโครงการ โรงเรียนคุณธรรมวิถีอิสลาม โรงเรียนบ้านบาละ มีดังนี้ 1) แนวทางการลงมือปฏิบัติของโรงเรียนใน ด้านการนิเทศ ติดตามผลโดยการสร้างระบบการนิเทศ ติดตามงานที่ดีและสร้างทีมติดตามที่ชัดเจน และ 2) การรายงานความก้าวหน้าและการประเมินผล โดยทางโรงเรียนต้องมีการรายงานและ ประเมินผลอย่างเป็นระบบที่ชัดเจนและมีความต่อเนื่องในการดำเนินโครงงานโรงเรียนคุณธรรม |
| Abstract(Thai): | This research aims 1) to study the management of ethic school Case Study of Banbala School, Yala Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 , 2) to study process of organizing ethic school's activities of Banbala School, Yala Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 3) to gather the guidelines for developing an Islamic ethical school's activities of Banbala school, Yala Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by using In-depth interview in which the data was collected through interview and observation. The samples are a school's director, 5 school's managers, 8 school head academic, a head of ethic school and 6 secondary students in Banbala school, The study found that : 1) The management of ethic School at Banbala was operated by using Mckinsey 7-s model consisting of strategy, structure, style, system, staff, skill and share. 2) process of organizing ethic school's activities at Banbala school was based on school ethical processing model of Stirakhun Foundation, which consists of (1) building knowledge, developing teacher' potential and student leaders who are competent to create moral and ethical school (2) Action taken by school (3) following up and (4) reporting and evaluation and 3) The suggestions of development ethical activities based on Islamic ethical school model at Ban Bala' school are 1) in supervision, school should have supervision system, supervision's team that commitment by effectively 2) in report and evaluation, school should perform in effective system and carry on. |
