บทคัดย่อ: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือ นักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดนราธิวาส 2)เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงาน ระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดนราธิวาส จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน 3) เพื่อประมวล ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนา อิสลามจังหวัดนราธิวาส ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จำนวน 100 คน ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอน ศาสนาอิสลาม จังหวัดนราธิวาส จำนวน 260 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 360 คน ใช้ในการสัมภาษณ์ แบบไม่มีโครงสร้างและแบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต คำเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และค่าเอฟ (f-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนทั้ง 5 ด้าน คือ การรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล การคัดกรองนักเรียน การส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียน การป้องกันช่วยเหลือและแก้ไข และการส่งต่อ นักเรียน ในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดนราธิวาส ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับ มาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูต่อการดำเนินงานระบบดูแล ช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จังหวัดนราธิวาส จำแนกตาม อายุ เพศ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวม พบว่า ไม่มีความ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้น ขนาดของโรงเรียน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านของการ ดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนจำแนกตาม เพศ พบว่า ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็น รายบุคคลเท่านั้นที่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อจำแนกตามอายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การ ทำงาน พบว่า การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนทั้ง 3 กลุ่มที่จำแนกตามข้อมูลสถานภาพ ของผู้ตอบแบบสอบ มีผลที่เหมือนกัน นั่นคือ การดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในด้าน การคัดกรองนักเรียน และต้านการป้องกันช่วยเหลือและแก้ไขเท่านั้นที่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และเมื่อ จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนพบว่า ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล และการส่งต่อนักเรียน เท่านั้นที่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3) ประมวลข้อเสนอแนะ พบว่า โรงเรียน ควรวางระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือที่ชัดเจน เพื่อ สะดวกต่อการปฏิบัติงานของครูและนักเรียน ครูควรดูแลและรู้จักนักเรียนรอบด้าน เช่น ด้าน ครอบครัว สุขภาพ และด้านการเรียน ควรใกล้ชิดกับนักเรียนให้มาก และสามารถเป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับ นักเรียน ในยามที่นักเรียนมีปัญหา หรือต้องการคำปรึกษาได้ทุกเมื่อ
Abstract(Thai): The objective of this study are: 1) to examine level of the management of student care system in Islamic Private Schools in Narathiwat province, 2) to compare the management of student care system based on the difference in gender, age, level of education, work experience and school size; and 3) to compile guidelines for developing the management of student care system in the schools. Survey research was used in this study. The study sample comprises of 100 school administrators and 260 teachers of Islamic Private Schools in Narathiwat province, totaling 360 samples. The data was collected by interviewing using structured interview questions and by means of a questionnaire study. Statistical analysis used includes percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, f-test and multiple comparison test. The findings of this study showed as below; 1) The overall and each dimensional level of the management of student care system in Islamic private schools in Narathiwat province, which consists of 5 domains, namely, knowing students individually; identifying students' behavior; enhancing and developing students' behavior; preventing, helping and correcting students' behavior; and transferring students to higher level of education were high. 2)The comparison of overall level of the management of student care system in Islamic private schools in Narathiwat province as perceived by school administrators and teachers based on the difference in gender, age, level of education, work experience and school size were statistically insignificant different with the exception of school size. Considering the comparison of each dimensional level of the management of student care system based on gender, it was found that the domain of knowing students individually only that attains statistically significant difference. On the dimensional level of the management of student care system based on age, level of education, and work experience, it was found that the management of student care system for these three groups have similar results in which the domain of identifying students' behavior; and preventing, helping and correcting students' behavior only were found to be statistically significant different. On the dimensional level of the management of student care system based on school size, the results revealed that the domain of knowing students individually and transferring students to higher level of education only were found to be statistically significant different. 3) Compiling guidelines for developing the management of student care system in the schools were found that the schools should set a strong student care system in order to ease teachers and students in their work operation; teachers should care students in all aspects such as family matters, health conditions and study related matters; close teacher-student relationships must be built so that teachers can be their consultants in time of trouble and they must be able to give consultation to students at any time.
