dc.description.abstractการวิจัยเรื่อง โมเดลเชิงสาเหตุพหุระดับพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยม ศึกษาตอนต้นในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดสตูล มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อตรวจสอบความตรงของโมเดลเชิงสาเหตุพหุระดับพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดสตูล ที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดสตูล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ นักเรียน 632 คน ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบสองขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนแรกเป็นการสุ่มโรงเรียนด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของโรงเรียนและระดับชั้นที่เรียน ขั้นตอนที่สองเป็นการสุ่มนักเรียนด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบอย่างง่าย สำหรับเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามสำหรับนักเรียน จำนวน 1 ฉบับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติบรรยายและการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันพหุระดับ และการวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างพหุระดับ ตัวแปรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย (1) ตัวแปรทำนายระดับบุคคล ได้แก่ ลักษณะมุ่งอนาคต สัมพันธภาพ และความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ (2) ตัวแปรทำนายระดับห้องเรียน ได้แก่ บรรยากาศในชั้นเรียน และคุณภาพครูที่ปรึกษา (3) ตัวแปรตามคือ พฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียน การเป็นลูกที่ดี การเป็นนักเรียนที่ดี และการเป็นคนดีของสังคม ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญสรุปได้ดังนี้ (1) พฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียน ด้านการเป็นลูกที่ดี และด้านการเป็นนักเรียนที่ดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการเป็นคนดีของสังคม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างมาก (2) โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างพหุระดับพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (χ^2= 609.66, df = 209, χ^2/df = 2.92, CFI = 0.932, TLI = 0.912, RMSEA = 0.055, SRMRW = 0.024, SRMRB = 0.043) (3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียน พบว่า ปัจจัยระดับบุคคลที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ คือ ปัจจัยลักษณะมุ่งอนาคต ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย ด้านการคาดการณ์ไกล ด้านการวางแผนและแก้ปัญหา และด้านการรู้จักรอคอยและเพียรพยายาม และปัจจัยสัมพันธภาพ ได้แก่ สัมพันธภาพภายในครอบครัว สัมพันธภาพระหว่างนักเรียนกับครู และสัมพันธภาพระหว่างนักเรียนกับเพื่อน ส่วนปัจจัยระดับห้องเรียนส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ ทั้งนี้ชุดของตัวแปรทำนายระดับบุคคลและระดับห้องเรียนสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนในพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนได้ร้อยละ 84.3 และ 83.9 ตามลำดับen_US
dc.description.sponsorshipThe purposes of this research were to 1) Validate the model of the desirable student behavior for lower secondary school students in multi – cultural society in satun province. 2) to study factors affecting the desirable student behavior for lower secondary school students in multi – cultural society in satun province. The samples were stratified random sampling and simple random sampling, and consisted of 632 student. The instruments were questionnaires. Statistical analyses were made based on descriptive statistic, Pearson’s product moment correlation. The confirmatory factor analysis, the multilevel confirmatory factor analysis and the multilevel structural equation model analysis were performed. The variables consisted of individual level variables : future orientation and relationship and emotional intelligence; classroom level variables: atmosphere in the classroom and quality teacher; and dependent variables were desirable student behavior for lower secondary school students in multi – cultural society in satun province. The major research findings were: (1) the desirable student behavior were in high level; (2) the proposed multilevel structural equation model of the desirable student behavior fit quite well with the empirical data set ( χ^2= 609.66, df = 209, χ^2/df = 2.92, CFI = 0.932, TLI = 0.912, RMSEA = 0.055, SRMRW = 0.024, SRMRB = 0.043). The statistical analysis showed further that, the individual-level variables, future orientation and relationship significantly affected the desirable student behavior. Whereas for the classroom-level variables, not significantly affected the desirable student behavior. The predictor variables at the individual and classroom level accounted for the variance of the desirable student behavior of about 84.3 % and 83.9 %.en_US
