Abstract

การศึกษา เรื่อง การบริหารองค์กรเพื่อการพัฒนาสังคมของมูลนิธิศรัทธาชนเพื่อการศึกษาและเด็กกำพร้า มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารองค์กรของมูลนิธิศรัทธาชนเพื่อการศึกษาและเด็กกำพร้าตามหลักศาสนาอิสลามว่ามีความสอดคล้องกับหลักการบริหารองค์กรเพื่อสังคม พบว่า หลักการอิสลามพื้นฐานสามารถแบ่งออกเป็น 3 หลักการ คือ 1) หลักการศรัทธา 2) หลักการปฏิบัติ 3) หลักการทำความดี ตามบทบัญญัติว่าด้วยการมุ่งเน้นสร้างจิตสำนึกของการมีคุณธรรมหรือการทำความดีต่อเพื่อนมนุษย์อยู่ร่วมกันกับผู้อื่นในสังคม ตลอดจนการมุ่งเน้นการทำความดีต่อเพื่อนมนุษย์ไม่จำกัดศาสนา และมีการเผยแพร่ความรู้ทางวิชาการศาสนาตามท่านศาสดา รวมถึงหลักสำคัญอีกประการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการช่วยเหลือเด็กกำพร้ามีบัญญัติปรากฏในคัมภีร์อัลกรุอาน เน้นหลักสำคัญด้านความเชื่อจิตวิญญาณว่าผู้ที่นับถือศาสนาอิสลามเชื่อว่าโลกหน้ามีจริงโลกแห่งการตอบแทนจากพระผู้เป็นเจ้า มีความสอดคล้องกับหลับความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมด้านการสร้างจิตสำนึกขององค์กรการบริหารเพื่อประโยชน์ต่อผู้อื่นตั้งแต่ระดับครอบครัว ชุมชน และสังคม 2) เพื่อสำรวจความคิดเห็นของประชาชนในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปัตตานี ที่มีต่อการบริหารองค์กรเพื่อสังคมด้านความคิดเห็นของประชาชนในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปัตตานีที่มีต่อการบริหารองค์กรเพื่อสังคม จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา จำนวน 332 คน พบว่า ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปัตตานีที่มีต่อการบริหารองค์กรเพื่อสังคม มี 2 ประเด็น ดังนี้ 1) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวคิดการบริหารองค์กรตามหลักการอิสลามที่ทำเพื่อสังคมขององค์กร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี เมื่อพิจารณาระดับความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างเกี่ยวกับแนวคิดการบริหารองค์กรตามหลักการอิสลามที่ทำเพื่อสังคมขององค์กร พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม มีความสำคัญต่อการช่วยเหลือสังคมมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม (CSR) และหลักการทำความดีตามแบบศาสนาอิสลามมีผลต่อการพัฒนาสังคมในอนาคต 2) มุมมองการบริหารองค์กรเพื่อสังคมตามหลักความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม (CSR) โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับความคิดเห็นระดับดี รองลงมาคือ ดำเนินกิจกรรมที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคม และการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนแต่ละระดับ รองลงมาคือ การบริหารองค์กรที่มีไม่ได้หวังผลกำไรเพียงอย่างเดียวและน้อยที่สุด คือ การบริหารองค์กรตามกระบวนการไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อพนักงาน ชุมชน สังคม 3) เพื่อหาแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารองค์กรเพื่อสังคมของมูลนิธิศรัทธาชนเพื่อการศึกษาและเด็กกำพร้าอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า สรุปแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารองค์กรเพื่อสังคมของมูลนิธิศรัทธาชนเพื่อการศึกษาและเด็กกำพร้า สามารถกำหนดออกเป็น 5 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านวางนโยบายและเป้าหมายระยะยาว 2) ด้านการบริหารงานขององค์กรตามหลักการเพื่อสังคม 3) ด้านการจัดโครงสร้างองค์กรและกำหนดภาระหน้าที่ของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน 4) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กรของผู้เกี่ยวข้องทุกส่วนของการพัฒนาเด็กกำพร้า 5) ด้านหลักการสังคมสงเคราะห์สู่การเยียวยา ฟื้นฟู ส่งกลับ และคืนสู่สังคม This study is “Organization Administration in Social Development : A Case Study of Shatthachon Foundation For Education and Orphans” A study of administrative organization for social foundation of faith to the were 1) to study the management organization of the foundation for education and orphans in the Islam that is consistent with the management of social enterprise.
