การปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมของกลุ่มผู้ใช้สารเสพติดด้วยวิธีฉีด ในจังหวัดปัตตานี

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภูมิหลังต่อการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมของกลุ่มผู้ใช้สารเสพติดด้วยวิธีฉีด 2) ค้นหาการเกื้อหนุนให้เกิดการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมของกลุ่มผู้ใช้สารเสพติดด้วยวิธีฉีด 3) วิเคราะห์การปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมของกลุ่มผู้ใช้สารเสพติดด้วยวิธีฉีด และ 4) เสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมของกลุ่มผู้ใช้สารเสพติดด้วยวิธีฉีด กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ ชายไทยมุสลิมที่ใช้สารเสพติดด้วยวิธีฉีด จำนวน 15 ราย โดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก และผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับกลุ่มผู้ใช้สารเสพติดด้วยวิธีฉีด จำนวน 6 ราย ด้วยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก และการสนทนากลุ่ม สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงและแบบลูกโซ่ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหาแบบพรรณนาความ และตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ภูมิหลังต่อการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมของกลุ่มผู้ใช้สารเสพติดด้วยวิธีฉีด คือ การเข้าสู่กระบวนการการบำบัดในระบบด้วยความสมัครใจโดยใช้สารทดแทน (เมทาโดน) 2) การเกื้อหนุนให้เกิดการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมของกลุ่มผู้ใช้สารเสพติดด้วยวิธีฉีด ประกอบด้วย ทักษะชีวิต ครอบครัว และสังคม 3) การปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมของกลุ่มผู้ใช้สารเสพติดด้วยวิธีฉีด พบว่า มีกลุ่มเป้าหมาย เพียง 2 ราย ที่สามารถยุติการใช้สารเสพติดได้ ด้วยการปฏิญาณตนและบนบานต่อ พระผู้เป็นเจ้าที่ศรัทธาและเกรงกลัว ตลอดจนเห็นคุณค่าของตนเอง และพร้อมที่จะช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นให้ยุติการใช้สารเสพติด 4) แนวทางในการพัฒนาการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมของกลุ่มผู้ใช้สารเสพติดด้วยวิธีฉีด โดยการ (1) ให้ความรู้ถึงผลกระทบจากการใช้สารเสพติดชนิดต่างๆ (2) ครอบครัว ชุมชน เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้การบำบัด หน่วยงานที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง องค์กรด้านศาสนาต้องให้ความสำคัญ และการช่วยเหลืออย่างจริงใจ รวมทั้งนโยบายด้านยาเสพติดที่ก่อประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อผู้ใช้สารเสพติดด้วยวิธีฉีด The objectives of this qualitative research were 1) to study background toward behaviour adaptation of people who inject drug 2) to investigate supporting in behaviour adaptation of people who inject drug 3) to analyze behaviour adaptation of people who inject drug and 4) to propose development guidelines for behaviour adaptation of people who inject drug. The subjects of the research by purposive and snowball sampling consisted of people from two categories: 15 Muslim males who inject drug and 6 users ‘family members and associates. In-depth interview was used to collect data for 15 Muslim males who inject drug. In addition, in-depth interview and group discussion were used to collect data for 6 users’ family members and associates. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze content and triangulation techniques were used for cross-checking data. The findings revealed as follows; 1) the background toward behaviour adaptation of people who inject drug was admission drug treatment for volunteer system through the use of Methadone maintenance. 2) Life skill, family members and society were supported for behaviour adaption of people who inject drug. 3) The result of behaviour adaption of people who inject drug found that only 2 of the subjects could stop using drug through promise and vow to the God by faith and respect as well as self - esteem and willingness for helps other people to stop using drug. 4) Development guidelines for behaviour adaptation of people who inject drug were (1) giving a knowledge to communicate about the dangers or drugs and (2) family members, community, therapists and related organizations such as religious organization have to help them honestly as well as the drug suppression policy that maximize the benefits of people who inject drug.
