Abstract: This action research aimed to: 1) study health problems and self-esteem status of the elderly, 2) examine the process of developing self-esteem in the elderly, and 3) evaluate the process of developing self-esteem in the elderly. Participants were a group of 13 youngest-old females living in the community in Khlong Hae Municipality, the leader of the community, municipal officials, and village health volunteer staff. Research instruments were daily activities assessment form, dementia assessment form, self-esteem assessment form, interview form, and self-esteem program. Quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and test statistics, while content analysis was used to analyze qualitative data.
The results of the research were 1) most of the elderly in the community had only one disease and still performed their daily activities well with no dementia. In terms of the state of their self-esteem, the elderly regret their actions on a regular basis (x ̅ = 4.40) and feel discouraged (x ̅ = 4.30) at a high level. In addition, the elderly feel that they still gain respect from others (x ̅ = 3.36) and think that they cannot be dependent on by others (x ̅ = 3.38) at a moderate level; 2) The process of developing self-esteem,“3S1C”, consists of 4 steps as follows: 1) Share (S) which refers to sharing knowledge and opinions of each other, 2) Show (S) which stands for showing potentials, 3) Support (S) which means receiving support from the family, and 4) Cheer (C) which refers to receiving encouragement from other people; and 3) The results of the process of developing self-esteem in the elderly showed that their self-esteem level was higher than before participating in the process. The findings of this research will be useful for relevant agencies to promote good physical and mental health among the elderly as well as the feeling of being valued and able to live happily with the family and the community.

Abstract: The objectives of this research and development study were to 1) study the history of the folk songs for the Nang-Talung music, 2) develop the folk songs for the Nang-Talung music into the piano music, 3) find the efficiency of the piano music of Patcha and Lakuduwor songs, and 4) study the results of the piano practice with Patcha and Lakuduwor songs. The study contained two phases. The first phase was the qualitative study of in-depth interviews with key informants, and the data was analyzed by the content analysis. The second phase was the quantitative study of 12 target participants selected by the purposive sampling method, and the data was analyzed by the analysis of variance with Repeated Measures Designs and One-Way ANOVA. The study disclosed the results as follows.
1. Most of the folk songs for the Nang-Talung music were the songs from the central region which pipers were familiar with and brought to play for the Nang-Talung music; and for the Nang-Talung music of “Wayungkulei”, the Malay music from Rong Ngeng Dance songs was used.
2. The folk songs for the Nang-Talung music were arranged for 12 piano music songs: Patcha, Hoomroong 1 (Samniengmon), Kuenpi (Bogrueng), Laoduangduan, Kaekmonbangkhunphrom, Rateepradabdao, Khmerlorong, Kubmaibantaw, Komwan, Loykrathong, Kluaimai, and Lakuduwor.
3. The piano music of Patcha and Lakuduwor songs was effective at 71.10/76.90 which was above the threshold.
4. The effects of practicing Patcha and Lakuduwor songs on concentration, memory skill, performance skills, and attention to music learning and practicing were significantly different at .05, .01, and .01 respectively.
The piano music from the folk songs for the Nang-Talung music was valuable for innovation and literature. It was recorded by the Sibelius software and published as an e-book.

Abstract: The objectives of the study were to investigate the existence of the wisdom of sugar palms and to explore the creation of added value to sugar palms in Sathing Phra Peninsula amidst social dynamics. Data were collected from four occupational groups consisting of sugar palm fruit in syrup producers, palm sugar powder producers, sugar palm leaf lampshades producers, and sugar palm soap producers. The data of this qualitative research were collected using in-depth interview, participant observation, non-participant observation and focus group discussion. Then data analysis was performed, and a discussion was written.
The research results were as follows. First, In all the four occupational groups, the existence of the wisdom of sugar palms amidst social dynamics included a collection of databases about occupational groups related to wisdom of sugar palms. The databases showed locations, names, number of members and total incomes of the occupational groups. In addition, the databases consisted of conservation of the wisdom of sugar palms from traditional wisdom to development of products, development of the wisdom of sugar palms to keep up with the modern age by improving the production process and creating new products, transfer of the wisdom of sugar palms to society by transferring the wisdom in family and groups of housewives to people interested in sugar palms, promotion of learning activities related to the wisdom of sugar palms by participating in activities organized by the government and the education sectors, participation in activities of the Annual Sugar Palm Fruit Fair of Sathing Phra District, establishment of a learning center to disseminate and exchange knowledge of sugar palms with other communities domestically and internationally, and promotion of local wise men as speakers to deliver talks about sugar palms. Second, In all the four occupational groups, the creations of added value to sugar palms amidst social dynamics included transportation management of distribution channels and transportation services, production of environmentally friendly products through management of raw materials and local resources to have zero waste, product standards certification to indicate product quality, packaging development to obtain acceptable quality, development of new products, and exporting products to overseas markets. Therefore, maintaining the existence of the wisdom of sugar palms and creating added value to sugar palms corresponding to social dynamics are methods to provide sustainable security to the occupational groups and community.

Abstract: This research study the relationship between quality of life at work and corporate commitment of Provincial Public Health Office personnel in the three southern border provinces Yala Pattani Narathiwat with the purpose of research, research objectives 1) To study the quality of working life of provincial public health office personnel in the three southern border provinces 2)To study the organizational commitment of provincial public health office personnel in the three southern border provinces. 3) To study the relationship between quality of work life affecting organizational commitment of provincial public health office personnel in the three southern border provincesUse quantitative data analysis by using a questionnaire (Questionnaire) is a tool for research. Study from the population and samples used in research namely personnel in the three southern border provinces Yala Pattani Narathiwat 219person. Tools used in this research were the questionnaire. To analyze the data used frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s coefficient correlation.
1. Quality of working life of provincial public health office personnel in the three southern border provinces Overall, it's at a moderate level. (X ̅=3.50) and (SD=0.140) When considering the details of each aspect It was found that the benefit to society had the highest average. At a high level, there are 4 aspects: benefits to society (X ̅=4.04) and (SD=0.251) personal rights (X ̅=3.91) and (SD=0.307) in terms of working conditions that are safe and that promote health (X ̅=3.90) and (SD=0.297) and on the development of potential and the use of human capabilities (X ̅=3.78)and (SD=0.455)
2 The organizational commitment of the sample was found to be at a high level, that is (X ̅=3.70) and (SD=0.318) Considering each aspect, it was found that the relationship to the body The awareness of the future of the organization is at the high level. (X ̅=4.19) และ (SD=0.431)
3. The relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment of provincial public health office personnel in the three southern border provinces Yala, Pattani, and Narathiwat Provinces, found that overall quality of working life and organizational commitment of personnel were related. Were statistically significant at the level .01 (r = .198). When considering the overall relationship, the quality of work life was related to the organization's commitment to job satisfaction and willingness to contribute to the organization. Statistically significant at the level .01 (r = .305,.180) and awareness of the future of the organization statistically significant at the level .05 (r =.163) Overall, corporate engagement was related to safe and healthy working conditions. and on the development of potential and the use of individual abilities statistically significant at the level .01 (r = .205,.195) respectively.
